Refund and Returns Policy

At 2ndGaze.eu, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your perfume purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.


Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return any product to us.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, the perfume product must meet the following conditions:

  • Undamaged: The product and its packaging must be in perfect, original condition, free from any damage, scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
  • Unopened: The product must remain unopened and unused, with any seals, cellophane, or original packaging intact. This means the perfume bottle itself should not have been sprayed or tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, resalable condition, for hygiene and quality control reasons.


How to Initiate a Return

If your product meets the above criteria and you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with our customer service team at sales@2ndgaze.eu to inform us of your intention to return. Please include your order number in your message.
  2. Packaging: Carefully re-package the item in its original packaging to ensure it’s protected during transit.
  3. Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within [e.g., 5-7 business days] of approval. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours) with details and photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
